Our signature service begins with a walk through of the areas to be cleaned. Our technicians use caution and care while in your home, placing corner guards on your walls, walk off mats at entries, and wearing slip-on white booties. Our service includes vacuuming, moderate moving of furniture, a sanitizing pre-spray, hot water extraction, a fresh water rinse, spot removal, and carpet grooming. Our final touch is wiping down and dusting your base boards.
I just wanted to take the time to thank you for your flexibility during the cleaning for the Chipman's house in Paradise Valley. Not only were you willing to work around the contractors, but you did it graciously. In addition to that, I also complement you on the great job you and your staff did on the carpets, not only did they look terrific, but also other than the clean carpets, there was no evidence that you had been there.
